Trader consensus favors United Russia to secure the most seats in the September 2026 State Duma elections, reflecting its incumbency advantage, Kremlin backing, and strength in the 225 single-mandate districts despite proportional list polls dipping to 38-52% in early April surveys amid inflation pressures and mobile internet outages. New People has surged to second in recent VTsIOM and WCIOM polls at 12-16%, overtaking LDPR and KPRF through permitted opposition stances on digital restrictions, boosting its path to more proportional seats after approving federal list leaders in March. Traditional parties like LDPR (13-14%), KPRF (10-13%), and SRZP trail, with low odds tied to stagnant support; resolution hinges on final seat tallies post-parallel voting.
