The White House confirmed a two-week suspension of airstrikes about five days ago amid de-escalation efforts, but Trump declared US victory regardless of negotiations and rejected peace overtures. House Republicans blocked a war powers resolution curbing further actions four days prior. With ongoing operations via blockade despite the pause, traders assess low near-term odds for an end announcement, eyeing potential escalation or renewed diplomacy as key catalysts.
