This market will resolve to “Yes” if Kaitlyn Siragusa (known as Amouranth) is legally divorced from her husband, Nick Lee, by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. A final divorce decree or equivalent court order issued by a competent jurisdiction by the specified date will be required for a “Yes” resolution, regardless of any prior announcements of intention to divorce or separations. The primary resolution source will be public court records from the relevant jurisdiction. A consensus of credible media reporting confirming the existence of such a decree may also be used. Personal statements, social media posts, or announcements by Amouranth, Nick Lee, or their representatives will not be sufficient on their own for resolution.Trader consensus reflects a 90% implied probability on "No," driven by the absence of any verified legal finalization of Amouranth's divorce from Nick Lee despite persistent marital discord. A high-profile February 2026 Peru vacation clash escalated to infidelity accusations and police calls, with Amouranth threatening divorce, but no court action materialized. Recent April 11 livestream tears amid a 17-hour husband spat underscore ongoing entanglements, while unconfirmed April 9 podcast claims of divorce lack official backing or records from Texas courts. Past rumored 2024 filings highlight delays, rendering completion by June 30 improbable absent sudden procedural breakthroughs.
