Inter Milan holds a commanding nine-point lead atop the Serie A table after 32 matchdays, with 75 points and a dominant +46 goal difference from 24 wins, fueled by recent high-scoring triumphs including a 5-2 rout of Roma on April 5 and a dramatic 4-3 comeback victory at Como on April 12 that extended their advantage. Napoli trails at 66 points despite strong recent form (four straight wins), but faces a steep path requiring near-perfect results in the final six fixtures while Inter stumbles significantly. Trader consensus at 96.2% for Inter reflects this gap and the Nerazzurri's defensive solidity (just 29 goals conceded), though a catastrophic injury crisis to stars like Lautaro Martinez or multiple defeats could theoretically reopen the Scudetto race.
