Trader consensus heavily favors the Saudi Pro League at 67.5% implied probability for Mohamed Salah's next destination, driven by Al Ittihad's renewed pursuit following his March 24 agreement to depart Liverpool on a free transfer a year early, with sources citing massive financial packages up to £150 million annually plus ambassadorial roles. MLS trails at 22.5% amid commissioner enthusiasm and Messi-inspired interest from U.S. clubs, while the Egyptian Premier League holds 13.7% due to national ties. Premier League odds at 12.8% reflect slim chances of a domestic stay or switch despite replacement hunts like Yankuba Minteh. Recent benching in Liverpool's Champions League quarterfinal versus PSG underscores his uncertain Anfield role, amplifying transfer speculation ahead of the summer window.
